  • After reviewing your request, SCSWS will send you a donation/payment link via WhatsApp to complete the process securely.
  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Please ensure that your WhatsApp number and details are entered correctly.
  • SCSWS is not liable for any delays or failures in payment if the donor submits incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Official receipts may be issued upon successful donation; please retain them for your records and tax purposes.

5. Volunteer & Event Participation

  • Volunteer roles (e.g., birthday celebrations, field visits) require prior approval and compliance with our guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Any photos, feedback, or media shared during participation may be used (with consent) for awareness and promotional purposes.

6. User Content

  • Any content you submit (e.g., testimonials, images) grants SCSWS a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it.
  • You must not submit content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates third-party rights.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data submitted via forms (name, contact, donation amount, etc.) is collected and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or misuse your information.
